Wonderful concentrated red fruit on the nose with notes of blackcurrants and floral aromatics. On the mid palate there are subtle notes of spice and fresh red berries. Bright minerality and earthiness on the finish which is fresh, intense and balsamic. Medium-bodied along the lines of Pinot Noir and Gamay. Decant this wine for an hour and pair it with grilled meats or have it with a wedge of petit Basque cheese. - Gustavo
