It's bone dry, bright, vibrant, razor acidity, green apple, citrus zest, refreshing, slight effervescence.  Wonderful mineral notes and salinity on the finish. This is a thirst quenching wine that pairs very well with raw seafood, oysters, and ceviche. 


Antxiola pronounced (ahn-cho-la) is a txacoli wine made by Bodegas Zudugarai. It's a blend of 90% Hondurrabi Zuri and 10% Hondurrabi Beltza. The age range of the vines are 10 - 40 years old and are situated in clay based soil. All work in the vineyards is done by hand including harvest. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. No aging of the wine. It is bottled while still young to capture some of the natural CO2 left in the wine giving it a slight effervescence.  Practicing ORGANIC
