Notes of flowers and citrus. Bright and laser focus. Not sweet at all but with balance and acidity. The finish is uplifting and bright. The perlage or bubbles are distinct and refreshing  but not overpowering. There is very little if any yeasty or doughy notes on the nose or palate. Really a hell of a champagne at any price!
