OYSTERS, CHAMPAGNE, & MORE!
Join Gustavo (G-Rated Wine), Adam Parry (Chambers & Chambers), and Shucks Oyster Bar for a special afternoon of oysters, champagne, and sparkling wines from around the world!
While you enjoy freshly shucked ice cold oysters on the half shell, Adam and I will be pouring you the cult Champagne house Billecart-Salmon. We'll then move on to sparkling wines from around the world with stops in France for Cremant de Jura, Spain for Cava, and Italy for Prosecco. Adam and I will pair these wines with some of the most classic foods to eat with sparkling wine - fried chicken, smoked salmon, and potato chips!
Our featured wine for the afternoon is Billecart-Salmon, a relatively small Champagne house that produces elegant, bright, and fresh wines. They are a favorite of wine geeks, sommeliers, and people like Adam and me!
