Look for the “RM” on the front label. This is a special wine as “RM” or récoltant manipulant means that the winemaker made the wine exclusively from grapes they grow themselves. Only 5% of the champagne imported into the USA is grower champagne. Fresh and crisp. Shows green apple, stone fruit and hazelnut. Well-balanced between acidity and texture. 90% pinot noir & 10% chardonnay. Great price for true small production champagne.
