Aged 48 months in the cellar.  A dry cava that is bright with fine bubbles. In the nose it is creamy, fruity, fresh, silky and structured. Orchard fruit,  apple and peach. Fennel. Subtle yeast and dry flowers notes. Dried nuts. 60% xarello,  20% macabeo, and 20% parellada. This is a serious cava that is dry, refined, and elegant. Great price!
