This is quite possibly the greatest domestic Blanc de Blancs that I have ever tasted. It is 100% Chardonnay from an organically farmed vineyard in Sta Rita Hills. Made in the Méthode Champenoise and rested on its lees for 67 months with zero dosage which means no sugar was added and it is bone dry. Chiseled, bracing minerality, and a touch of salinity. Clean, crisp, laser finish. An outstanding wine that is single vintage, single vineyard, and single block. This is California's version of "Grower Champagne."
